New to Xbox Live and all that...

Hey There,

My name is Captain Codeine. I'm a teacher during the day and an avid gamer at night (after my daughter is asleep). I usually play Halo 2 (90% of the time), Mechassault (5%) and Crimson Skies (5%). I just got an Xbox Live account about a month ago and I've really grown tired of the small-minded multitudes that populate these online games; so the idea of this community looked appealing.

I would like to invite any members of this fine community to add me to their friends list. Like I said I play mostly at night, and during my vacation months (August, December and April) I play as much as I can.

Oh and my wife plays also. She will be getting an Xbox Live account of her own very soon. Her name is Pixelicious.

By the way, I'm getting real close to 42 years of age. Is there anybody else here as old/young as I am?

Welcome to our little slice of online gaming heaven, Cap'n. 42 is probably closer to average on this site than most of the members would like to admit.

Of course, Bang helps that a little, as does Loud and my own humble self at 47. Most of us are here because we played a few times in publicly hosted games and wanted our money back - Lag has made LIVE livable, and the irony is not lost on any of us.
