Hey Nukl, can I request that if you're not going to schedule an Old School night, please remove the notice from the Calendar? It kind of clutters things up, as it is, and if someone wants to schedule on a Friday, it'd be easier if that wasn't there.

Sorry it didn't come off! I think the idea of scheduling oldies-but-goodies is still worthwhile. You're probably like me after my first attempt to schedule a poker game -- discouraged. Maybe I'll schedule a few Old School Nights and see how they go.

If I did, I would drop the polling, though, which I think was a nice idea on paper but a problem in practice. No one knew what game was going to be played until the last few hours, and anybody who didn't want to play RS3 or CS was out of luck.

I think the idea might work, if the games were scheduled in advance, no polls.

Also, I think if people's favorite didn't "win," they were not likely to show.

Nobody showed up anyways. Not event the 12 people that voted for the game that was being played.

Wow, that sucks. I can see why you'd trash the idea. I wouldn't expect everyone who voted to show up, but at least a few.... That's discouraging, but thanks for making the effort.

I voted for RB6, so I came on to see what everyone was playing.. It was GR2 I believe.
